Day 01: EXPLORE AROUND CHIANG MAI OLD TOWN -FOODIE TOUR NIGHT MARKET (Lunch/Dinner)
09:00 -0930 am, pick up from Chiang Mai Airport or your hotel in Chiang Mai, transfer to visit Wat Phra Singh with its famous Buddha image, then, visit Silver temple (Wat Sri Supan) the inside of the temple with silver decoration, mirrors and bright colors mixed together and visit Wat Chedi Luang, transfer to hotel for check in and Thai set lunch will be provided at hotel,
Note: Wat Sri Supan, due to old Buddhist rules women are not allowed to enter the inside of the temple and must remain outside
14:00 after lunch, transfer to visit the must see Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, tucked away in the mountains at 3,520 feet (1,056 meters). The temple is reached by a staircase with 306 steps, flanked by a naga balustrade on either side. The Monastery was built by King Gue-Na in 1383. The center is a big Chedi spired pagoda which contains partial relics of Lord Buddha return to Chiang Mai town in late afternoon and drop off at your hotel in ate afternoon, relaxing rest of day at hotel swimming pool
16:00 pm Depart from the hotel by local transportation “Tuk Tuk” to Warorot Market which is known locally as “Kad Luang” This is the Main local market. The market has been with Chiang Mai city for more than 100 years. Inside the market, we will be tasting fresh seasonal tropical fruits, freshly made Northern Thai sausage-Sai Oua and wash it all down with the famous Thai Iced Tea which is made according to local taste.
17:00 pm After your experience with Chiang Mai local shopping, Take a ride to the night market on Chang Puak Gate or North Gate is always busy and offers a great range of authentic Thai cuisine. Try the stewed pork leg from the famous vendor with the cowboy hat who’s had visits from the likes of Anthony Bourdain. Taste Bua Loi, or floating lotus, is a warm fresh coconut milk broth with teeny pandan-laced glutinous rice flour balls swimming around. 19:00 pm Take a ride with Tuk Tuk to see Chiang Mai nightlife around old city before transfer back to the hotel.

Day 03: CHIANG MAI-CHIANG RAI - GOLDEN TRIANGLE (Breakfast/Lunch) about 278 kms
Check out and transfer to Chiang Rai via Wiang Papao route, drive through mountaineous landscape to Chiang Rai (distance 172 kms, driving time about 3 hrs), en route, visit hot spring and visit the must see Wat Rong Khun (white temple) in Chiang Rai, Blue Temple, lunch will be provided at local restaurant, after refreshment, transfer to visit Baan dam (black house) of the Thailand's artist to see the collection of artwork – sculptures, wood carvings, and furniture created by him, and collected from around the world, then, transfer up to the northernmost Thai town on the Burmese border where you have the opportunity for shopping and looking around the local market and transfer to visit the view point at Golden Triangle and enjoy boat trip on Mekong River, cruising close-by the border of three countries, where you can see the simple & traditional lifestyle, return to local pier in Chiang Rai, transfer to your hotel, check in, at leisure

Day 04: Katiliya resort –Doi Mae Salong –Chiang Mai about 314 kms (Breakfast/Lunch/dinner)
08:00 Check out and drive uphill to explore Doi Mae Salong, stop visit original Hilltribe villages as well as visit tea plantation and local market before transfer downhill on the other side of Doi Mae Salong and continue transfer to Chiang Mai via Fang and Thaton. Lunch will be provided at local restaurant and drop off at your hotel in evening
Day 05: Chiang Mai -Cookery school (Breakfast/Lunch) join activities & transportation
After breakfast, transfer to cooking school
Half Day Course 4 Dishes (3 main course + 1 Thai desert / snack) 09h00 Pick up at the hotel by an English instructor and being transferred by van to local market. Spend about 40 minutes joining the group purchasing fresh ingredients (chicken, prawns, herbs & vegetables) for the class as well as learning to know about tropical vegetations which’s quite interesting!
09h50 continue to cooking school situated on Chiangmai –Lam Pang Road, only about 15 minutes away from the market.
10h15 Arrive and get briefly introduction of Baan Hong Nual which’s an open kitchen in Lanna Thai style. All students will be then given aprons and headdresses as cooking uniforms.
10h30 Wash hands and get yourself ready for the 1st menu. However, before you start cooking first of all you would be introduced about all the kitchen utensils as well as the seasonings normally needed in the Thai cuisine. Secondly, you’ll be shown how to prepare all the ingredients also how to cook. During the class the instructor still teach you intentionally step by step. After the 1 st menu is done, you’ll be given a time to taste how delicious is your food.
11h00 Continue cooking the 2nd dish that needs about 30 minutes to finishing including preparing, cooking and tasting.
11h30 Take a small break for about 15 minutes for some tea, coffee or herbal drinks (complimentary by the school). Or students can spend time to walk around seeing herbal & vegetable plantations as well as different kinds of fruits like Longan, Mango, Rose Apple, Guava, Lychees & Jack Fruit.
12h00 Back to the class again for the 3rd and the 4th dishes (normally the Thai Curry &Dessert). 12h40 Some steamed rice will be served with curry then follow by a dessert. 13h20 When the class is over, cook books in English version with color pictures will be given to all students.
13h00 Thanks and say bye to each other then transfer back to the hotel or drop off at Airport
